my fridge frezzer is not working properly. frezzer is cold the fridge is warm

if its an auto defrost appliance then this could be the fault and problem.to prove this turn off and defrost appliance for 24hrs with both doors left open and then restart and see if it appears to work again.this hasn't fixed it but does give some indication that the auto defrost system might be faulty.
