What is the best way to free the engine of my Qualcast 43s?

I ran my Qualcast 43s with no oil and it seised. What is the best way to free the engine? Does any one know where I can get a workshop manual for this mower? Thanks.

Not stictly true all that advice - Put a search in the lawnmower section using the keywords ,honda siezed, you will find advice in the answer to that question -with the exception that you will have to turn the engine by removing the cover on the side of the mower. Dont be put off by the fact that was a honda engine as i have used this method on lots of engine types.

Closing the stable door after the horse has bolted.
All the parts in the engine which needed oil to lubricate them to function are now shot ie, welded together through overheating.
Unless you know how to strip down an engine in situe and replace parts, it is best to get a pro to do it, and decide if value for money to change parts or get another engine or mower.

If you ran the engine till it seized up without oil the engine is proably ruined .....
