Hi Phil,
Enter the engineer programme mode default prog 9999 then prog zones 1,2 & 3 will light, then press 1 zone 1 will flash,then press 5, zones 1& 2 will then be lit press 01 for 10 seconds, 02 for 20 seconds, 03 for seconds and so on. you should get an acknowledge sound then press reset twice. You should then have changed your exit time.
To change your entry timeit is the same but instead of 5 you press 4
