was trying to transfer video from camera to pc and tape got caught in the casing of cassette and broke. These are home movies dating back to 1995. want to put them on dvd. I have the dazzle and pinnacle programs can't understand how to use them though. I am 75 and 16 yr old gr son is good with these things..he can't find the right route to take either... thank you, Joy
