Washing Machine not rinsing - just keeps on washing?!?

My washing machine is only washing on all wash cycles (Hotpoint Wm64 0). It runs thru cycle then sticks with 1 min to go and has not run rinse cycle. I am manually switching to rinse and spin to solve problem. Can it be fixed? Machine 5 yrs old.

No it is keeping all soapy water in and just continually turning over until I turn it off
