i have a jinma 284 i just put a prusher plat on it cuz tghe old one was cracked , it started before and when i moved to my to the front of my house and shut it of to put air in the tire it wouldn't star again . i looked it over and found that a fuse was blowen i replaced it with the sama sized fuse it still keeps blowing them out what could it be i have checked what i thought it might be and everything is putting out the right volts that it should what could it be
