my lead seams to just lose power as if it is running on one then it gose back to norm

you may have to much oil. After a recent service my Lead lost power. I took it back to the service centre to find that they put too much oil in and that was why it was lossing power!

Honda lead only has one cylinder.
Check
Oil and filter.
Change plug
If this does not cure it carb may well need a clean.
Describe more and may be able to help, when where it runs badly etc. Have you serviced the bike recently.
Its a Honda so should not be too much, good luck
