Beko WMA510W draining problem?

Can anyone tell me why when it spins and drains the clothes are still wet when the wash has finished, it seems like its not drained properly? Do I check filter etc, if so how?

It's to stop clothes getting creased if you leave them in there for a while. You need to set it to spin after every wash.
