Could be a lot of things.
Could be a failed cylinder head gasket.
Could be faulty thermostat, or water pump failing.
Could be a blockage in the radiator, or just something across the front of it (poly bags usually!).
Does it only happen when sitting still or when driving along as well?
Does the radiator fan come on when it gets hot?
