When pulling the cord of my McCulloch 210 petrol strimmer the reel at the bottom which holds the string doesnt spin. Ive tried tightning it but it doesnt seem to work sometimes it will spin a couple time then stop. The engine runs but nothing is moving. Anybody got any advice?
