Just do what I did that is use a 'Clear' sealant as used in building trade using an applilaction gun. Don't cut the nozzle on the tube leave it so only thin bead comes out. Smooth off with wet finger. If necessary run another bead around. only needed on the outside [side to the metal/GPR body]. On fixed windows also run a thin bead around the rubber against the window go steady to make a neat job.
