how to replace a oil bearing on the Briggs&Stratton type Empress?

I'm from the Netherland.
My lawn mower is leaking oil throug the oill bearing at the bottom side. I want to replace it but there is a big 'bolt' on the end of the axel (where the rotating blade is mounted). How can I remove that bolt to replace the oilbearing?

Briggs&Stratton Empress type 83602 005891

Thanks

Thanks for the repley but removing the blade is not the problem.
After removing the blade then there is a block of steel on the end of the axle (where the blade was mounted on). The block of steel looks like a big nut (4 cm heigh) and its diameter is bigger than the seal. I have to remove this before the seal can be removed. I tried all kinds of stuff but I cannot get it off.

Will need to block the blade with a piece of wood block so it can`t turn and then break the bolt loose ....pull blade and shims or what ever is there and take a punch ect and pry out old seal and install new seal being careful not to eggshape it when tappig it back in ...install blade ect and make real sure the bolt is tighten so blade doesn`t come off !!!
recheck oil level ect
