Electrical failure?

I have a Ford KA (2006). Can anyone help with the following problems: (i) the horn doesn't work and (ii) the hazard warning lights don't work even thought the left and right indicators function.
Are the two failures connected? Any wiring diagrams?

sounds like could be a fuse blown,it's quite possible that they are both on same fuse,i.e. they both work with ign off,whereas indicators req ign on.
