Top loader tumble dryer does not tumble??

I own a Thomson Hygrocapt top loader tumble dryer.

About 1 week ago, I accidentally filled the dryer to the brim with clothes that had not gone through the spin cycle of the washer, meaning they are very wet when I put them in. Then halfway through the cycle, I noticed pooling of water beneath the dryer and when the timer signaled the end, I noticed that the clothes were not dry. I tried to go through with another cycle but with the same result.

Thinking that maybe the dryer needs time to "recuperate" from my insensitive thought, I decided to wait and tried a new batch of clothes a few days later. The result is still the same and I noticed that the dryer didn't even tumble, causing only the top layer to be somewhat dry while the bottom layer are still wet..

Is there any solution for my dryer problem? What can I do to fix it right?
