My 19-year old mower is self-serviced and has worked well until recently.

Currently it runs OK but throttle has little effect and it tends to run at high speed. It is difficult to start when hot but use of choke helps. I have tried rotating power adjustment - small vertical knob just to right of air intake but am not sure of what it does.
