i have just bought a new gear gaiter for a ford galaxy 02 reg and i can,t seem to figure out how to take the gear knob off to put the new gear gaiter on? can any body help?
prise the gaiter out of console and lift it up over gear knob.just under the gear knob and gaiter is a crimped clamp.open this up carefully and the knob/gaiter lifts off.re staple new gaitor to plastic frame to fit.
