how do I fix my radiators?

I have no idea when it comes DIY so I was hoping someone can tell me what's wrong and how to fix my radiators at the moment I have to bleed them at least once a week just to get the bottom of them warm the rest haven't heated up for at least a year when I bleed them it start off with air coming through then black water then it runs clear but the very next day they will be cold again please help

I think you may have answered your own question here, Colin...the black water that you see is in fact rusty solids called 'magnetite' and this stuff actually generates its own gas - hydrogen in fact. Therefore, so long as there is magnetite in the system, you'll never cure the need for bleeding. The cure is to have your system thoroughly washed out (power cleaned) and an inhibitor added when its refilled.
