how can I repair my japanese porcelain figure?

I have a Japanese porcelain lady ornamental figure, (about 22cms high) She is holding a musical stringed instrument and one of her fingers has broken off; the finger is barely 2mm in diameter; Also one of her drop earrings has broken off and the attachment end of the earring is even smaller than the finger. Is "superglu" the best thing to use?? I have a magnifier lens to attach to my glasses (obtained from a stamp shop) and I wondered what special instrument tweezers/forceps one would hold the piece in place while the glue is drying. I found a pair of eyebrow pluckers were not gripping the piece well enough.

There is a special, traditional technique of repairing porcelain, glass in Japan, which is a cultivated part
of local crafts
