hi there i have the dti diesel 1.9 turbo and i cant get it to get up to a decent speed and is really getting on my nerves know we had the turbo tested and said it ws fine had an electrical test too says its fine i still none the wiser as to why i hav no power in my lovelly pooly car i need it to be better agn as we are supposed to be going away on 22nd aug hellp me palese ....

whot does get overlooked is a blocked exhaust. if the fumes cant get out the fuel cant get in.

Check the big pipe from the air filter and all other air/vacuum pipes for splits, leaks or loose fitting.
If they are ok fit a new air flow meter. Often it has not totally failed, so has not put the warning light on, but is giving false information to the ECU. Try to borrow one from a car of the same model which is running well before buying, it's easy to swap.
If it's failing the car will often run better with it unplugged, as it will go to default settings.
In future give make/model/year etc, better questions tend to get better answers.
