how to fix nokia phone ?

a mobile was bought for my father in law while they were on holiday in uk no box no instructions etc hes pressd wrong button and its asking for security code all info ive got is its a nokia310 9 c anybody got any ideas ?

the default code for nokias is 12345,hope it works,unless another code has been set by another person,then you would need to get the phone unlocked.
