Beko D2731FW?

Hi There, I have a problem with my dishwasher model number Beko D2731FW. Basically i select any programme, the dial will go so far around and then just stay in the same place and not go to the next part of the cycle. Also the water is never hot and there is never any steam coming from the door when opened. I also noticed that the compartment where the salt is inserted is flooded with water. What should I do? many thanks

Check the protecting thermostat, it is located at the bottom of the back panel, and one side connected to the heating panel, you can see the heating panel when you open the dishwasher door. It is at the bottom of the machine.
