The drum on my hotpoint vtd00 is loose?

Since changing my belt and trying to put my drier back together, it seems the drum is leaning back and rubbing off the back..... help???

ih this is very comon when you do the belt as it a stretch belt it rubs back braering down you will have seen it when you took the back off to put the belt on or
