Where can I find and can I replace the door seal on LF11d refrigerator?

Unfortunately the door seal has gone on our refrigerator but everything else still working fine. It seems a shame to have to go and buy a new frigerator so I wondered if anyone knew where I could get a new door seal and if it is possible to fit it ourselves?
