blue light on box outdoors keeps flashing,accenta g3 ?

the light is flashing continously even when code is entered.i have tried trippng the fusebox to no avail.The alarm went off briefly before code was entered but light continues to flash.Also low pitched humming heard from box

press reset on the panel ? if that dosent work open the main panel and check red black or yellow isnt going into a green wire
