also annoying is when you ask for make/model etc.. they dont bother to post them. so do they really want answers to their questions or are theystuck with vehicle "off the road" for weeks?

Equally annoying is people not posting back the outcome, so we never know how or if the problem was solved.

And people who dont have the brains to read the posting instructions, so dont bother to even tell you what make of car it is, far less give a decent description of the problem!!

And lazy sods who cant be a***d to get the owners handbook out and at least tell you WHICH dash light has just come on !!!

I know what you mean!! I sometimes wonder if it is worth the effort!
I think it's just a symtom of todays take, take and everything is for free on the internet society.
If they get an answer and it works, how long does it take to just post a "thanks you saved me ££$$$ in garage bills"????
