Securties delete my dialer with a Trojan Horse & not repair it?

Securties delete my dialer with a Trojan Horse to fix it and I cannot get online with my server. I need my dialer repaired or fixed so I can still use my dialer without the Trojan Horse. It is on Windows XP but I am sumitting question on Windows ME.
