How do i mend my laguna heater switch?

Hi, i have a Renault laguna '97 1.8 RT & recently the heater has stopped working on settings 1, 2 & 3, but works fine on 4. I don't have a handbook. Is it a switch connection problem or are there 2 different fuses for the heater?

Yes, this happened to mine - I bought a thermal fuse from Maplin (110degC) and fitted it. Works now.

its the resistor pack. remove glove box(4 torxs screws on top an 4 under carpet in glove box. u will c the fan motor. next to that there is a unit with lots of wires. unscrew 1 screw then it comes out like a light bulb(bayonet fitting) this needs replacing.
