Water Build Up in rear compartment tray ?

I have a Bosch Classixx fridge and have noticed a strong smell coming from the back of it. On investigation, the white plastic water-trap compartment tray is full of stagnant water. Can somebody tell me how to empty this tray in order that I can clean it out properly?

Many thanks

Hi foot
I've tried this - it won't come out. it twists anticlockwise (there is a twig-like piece of metal coming out of the compressor which stops the tray turning clockwise) and there is a small metal bar in the middle of the tray. Should I be turning that - it looks like there is a slot going across the metal bar, which, when you turn the plastic tray, could possibly slot in to release it. I don't want to force the tray and break something, but it definitely doesn't pull out towards me.
Thanks

its a evaporater tray it sits on top of the compressor, it pulls off normally towards you, stick it in the dishwasher if you have one, its normal for it to fill with water
