I have just washed mine. Take out the filters from the top of machine and under them you will see two torx screws. Take them out and the yellow cyclone will come away from the grey part that holds the filters. You can either wash it out in the bath with hot water or blast it out with a high pressure car washer. Clean out the inside of the filter holder too and leave out to dry overnight to make sure.
