Noisy daewoo refrigerator?

I have a noisy daewoo refrigerator. Every time the compressor starts it is very noisy. Do I need to replace?

i have same problem and have narrowed it down to the fan propeller, one of the 4 fins has snapped off making the prop unbalanced and noisy. am trying now to locate new prop, fitting new one easy
