what do I need to do to do? I have accidentally added 1/2 qt. of oil to the radiator of my 2001 PT Cruiser.

drain the cooling system by removing the top radiator hose, then flush out by placing a hose pipe into the radiator hose and turning on the water supply, leave the hose pipe running for about 15 minutes till the water coming from the cooling system is running clear,re connect the top radiator hose, then fill the cooling system with new antifreeze and water.

First HOW THE HELL did you manage to do something so STUPID??? you will have to get the water system drained and flushed out and if you run the engine with the oil in the system you will probably need to get the radiator replaced and the heater matrix you are looking at many ££$$ (don't do euros!!) for such a stupid error!!
