What is the problem?

I have a Singer Touch Tronic 2001 machine. The needle goes up and down but the bobbin does not move. How can I fix it?

Hello Susan,
You need to take the bottom off the machine and look under the bobbin case area to see if the nylon gear has broken, if that is okay open the top and check the gear.
