My Indesit 103 washing machine seems to have lost where it is in its programme (following a power cut) and the programme button just clicks round and round. It fills a little with water then stops and the button starts to click around.

I also have the same problem! the washing machine starts the cycle and fills up then minutes later it drains, and the programme dial just keeps on clicking and wont stop. and the red flashes.

I have been given many answers, from blockages and heating faults. but am still none the wiser as to the actual problem.

the only programme that works is the quick wash cycle.
