integrated freezer (Hygena)?

Hygena integrated freezer. Alarm always on except when fast freeze is switched on. If I shut the door with a thump the alarm stays off for a while but always returns. I have defrosted it and cleaned it thoroughly but same problem occurring. Any ideas ?
