I bought a Citroen Picasso that has got only one key and the remote doesn't work on it, I think it needs repairing.

do you know where I can get a second one or who does repairs in Newcastle areaas apart from main dealers they are too expensive.

Have you changed the battery and reinitialised it when in the ignition. See changing batteries in the manual.
