Whirlpool Fridge freezer?

Hi I have an american style whirlpool20RB-D4 A +PT f/f that does ice and water. The top half of the freezer seems to have packed up. The bottom half seems cold still with frozen food but all the ice has melted and the ice maker has stopped producing ice.
