Hi Katherine. I don't know if you will be back on here but I do have to ask this just in case. I bought the same cleaner used from a gal and it does have the problem with the water not coming out. Did you ever find out what yours was? I've taken it completely apart trying to find the problem but to no avail. Let me know if you found out. Thanks!!!
