dyson dc04 will not turn on?

dy dc04 absolute wont turn on.
I have checked the fuse, motor and the switch connectionbut its all fine any ideas?

check with a multi-meter the continuaty were the motor is attached and power switch if switch is fine check for stress in power cable at the most flexiest points i.e entry to dyson
