THE HANDBOOK SAYS UNSCREW THE GLASS COVER ANTICLOCKWISE, AFTER SWITCHING ALL THE POWER OFF. BUT MY UNIT JUST SPINS. THE HANDBOOK SHOWS A MULTI SIDED COVER, BUT MY COVER IS MORE LIKE A DOME WITH NO SIDES.
