washing machine not draining properly. Have unscrewed bottom right filter type thing and it looks ok, not blocked. there is something behind it that spins but i cannot remove it. Do i need to and if so how do i? does it unsrew? The instruction booklet is in spanish and seems to indicate that you pull something with some pilers?
