I have broken down in Spain and need to replace the cam belt on my van. How do I reset the timing?

turn crankbolt with spanner or socket.insert flywheel locking pin into hole in engine below fuel filter to lock flywheel at top dead centre.remove belt cover,turn fuel pump pulley so cutout is at12.00 position and insert locking pin,turn cam pulley until locking pin hole is in 4.00 o clock position.insert locking pin.if belt is broke some pushrods will be bent and maybe broken rocker arms
