It should be coverered by guarantee for up to two years. I bought a similar model camera S730 and it has had to go back three times now ... seems to be a common fault.

Samsung put me onto DK Opto, Unit 4, The Circut Centre, Avro Way, Booklands Industrial Park
KT13 0YT. Give them a ring on 01931 353947
