Wifi Cect m88?

I enable my wifi on my cect m88! It finds the wireless and indicates available! But when i try to browse internet or connect skype it says there is no internet connection available! ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Your phone tells you that wifi is available but if the person who owns the wifi has a passcode you won't be able to access it
