how can i fix my cookworks MM55502SS?

i cant get my cookworks mm555o2ss electric oven to get hot. neither the fan oven or the grill element get hot

i had same problem ,it's the switch you will find the grill works but not oven ,yeh.the contacts on the terminals dont go together.use curry's partmaster they cost 10.99
