How do I dismantle my Morphy Richards Steam Iron model Professional Elite?

The iron has stopped working but the red light is on and I have checked the mains lead.

I have removed the rear cover but am unable to work out how to separate the base from the top, please can you explain?

I think it must be screws under the rubber inserts , but watch when trying to get the rubber out as it could break. I have had the back of but not the top.
