How can I fix my Krups toaster?

Krups toaster #117 - Lever will not stay down when depressed. Usually means it is not plugged in, but does this event when plugged in.

Thank you, Elroy. Apparently our Krups Toaster #117 is not the only one that won't stay depressed and won't heat up. Where is it possible to get them repaired?
