beko wm1512s?

hi there
machine not heating, getting a circuit through heater and continuity through wires between heater and timer/press switch. Dont want to just assume its the timer as theres also a small pcb next to it. anyone any ideas or similar faults/solutions

tested it with buzzer, getting 240 between each side of heater and earth. nothing however accross probes, have been told that its a neutral fault
