With that amount of petrol you WILL need to drain the tank.
Then fill it full of diesel, start the vehicle (probably get lots of white smelly smoke from the tail pipe).
Leave it to idle for about 10 minutes, then if all is well you are fine from there.
If you find the vehicle has hesitation and flat spots then you'll need to get a new diesel filter as well, but I wouldn't spend the money on that unless you have to.
