i have an astra estate and when i turn wipers off they dont go fully down...can any1 help pls??

had problem the same with my escort and it was the wiper motor which was playing up i managed to get another from a scrap yard at the cost of £15 and fitted it myself and that cured my problem also wipers went quicker so i would consider picking up another from a salvage yard, hope this helps
