A flavel milano 60 was installed in our rented out property last year but tenants say no guarantee card or instructions left. How can we address this problem ?

If you contact the installer you'll be told that the documents were left so it'll be one person's word against another's with you in the middle.

My guess is that the tenant lost the paperwork - it's not necessarily their job to look after your documents so it's difficult to "crime" them for the loss.

Ask the installer / supplier / manufacturer for a spare set of docs.
